To ensure a safe, stable, and supportive living environment for all residents, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Must be able to live independently and manage daily personal needs with minimal assistance

🏠 Shared Living

  • Must be willing to share a room and respect shared living spaces and other residents

💰 Income Requirement

  • Must have some form of steady income (employment, SSI, disability, or other verified source)

📋 Rules & Structure

  • Must be able and willing to follow all program rules, guidelines, and regulations

🚫 Substance-Free Environment

  • Must be drug-free and alcohol-free at the time of application and during participation in the program

💊 Medication Compliance (If Applicable)

  • If prescribed medication is required, resident must take all medications exactly as directed by a licensed physician

At Gifted Hands Independent Living Program, we are a private-pay program. All residents are responsible for their own program costs.
